Spectrum's M2i-20xx Serie

M2i-20xx Series
8 Bit Multi-Purpose Digitizers
up to 200 MS/s

The M2i-20xx Series of Spectrum has four different models of fast 8-bit A/D-boards.
The sampling rates of these digitizers range from 50 MS/s up to 200 MS/s.

Boards are available for the PCI/PCI-X and PCI Express bus.

M2i-20xx Series boards

  • up to 200 MS/s on two channels and up to 100 MS/s on four channels
  • simultaneous sampling on all channels
  • separate A/D converter and amplifier per channel
  • 7 input ranges: ±50 mV to ± 5 V
  • window, pulse width, re-arm, OR/AND trigger
  • programmable input-offset (± 400 %)
  • 256 MByte on-board memory (expandable up to 4 GByte)

 
The boards in the M2i-20xx series have been designed for fast and accurate data acquisition. Each of the four input channels has its own A/D-converter and programmable amplifier. This allows for the recording of signals on all channels with 8 bit resolution and without any phase delay between them. The seven input ranges are software selectable and can be programmed to compensate for an input offset of ±400%.

All four models can use the full installed on-board memory for the number of activated channels. The boards have an integrated FIFO mode.
