Spectrum's M3i-21xx Serie

M3i-21xx Series
1 GS/s - 8 Bit Digitizer
with up to 4 GByte of memory

The M3i-21xx Series of Spectrum consist of four very fast 8-bit A/D-boards. The sampling rates of these digitizers range from 250MS/s to 1GS/s.

Boards are available for the PCI/PCI-X and PCI Express bus.

M3i-21xx Series boards

  • up to 1 GS/s on one channel and up to 250 MS/s on two channels
  • simultaneous sampling on all channels
  • separate monolithic A/D converter and amplifier per channel
  • no ADC interleaving for best quality
  • 8 input ranges: ±50mV to ±10V
  • edge, window, re-arm, OR/AND trigger
  • 256 MByte on-board memory (expandable up to 4 GByte)

 
The boards in this new M3i-21xx series have a powerful analog section that has been designed for highest bandwidth together with best signal quality and a versatile highly configurable amplifier section.
An extremely low dead time between segments in Multiple Recording mode makes these boards suitable for fast repeating signals like LDA/PDA, Radar or in Ultra Sound applications.
