M3i-41xx Series
14 Bit Multi-Purpose Digitizers
up to 400 MS/s
In the M3i-41xx Series of Spectrum there are 6 different digitizers with one or two channels and sampling rates between 100 MS/s and 400 MS/s.
Boards are available for the PCI/PCI-X and PCI Express bus.
M3i-41xx Series boards
- up to 400 MS/s on one channel and up to 250 MS/s on two channels
- simultaneous sampling on all channels
- separate monolithic ADC and amplifier per channel
- no ADC interleaving for best signal quality
- 6 input ranges: ±200 mV to ± 10V
- up to 2 synchronous digital channels with mutli purpose I/O
- window, re-arm, OR/AND trigger
- 128 MSamples on-board memory (expandable up to 2 GSample)
The 6 models of the M3i-41xx series are designed for fast and high quality data acuisition. Each of the input cahnnels has its own monolithic A/D converter and its own programmable input amplifier. This allows the recording of signals simultaneously on both channels with 14 bit resolution and without any phase delay between them. The card uses only one A/D converter even when running at 400 MS/s, so garanteeing best signal quality without any interleaving technology. The extramely large on-board memory allows long time recording even at the higest sampling rates.
